Sd cap as a whole crew doesn’t matter who you use is getting 5 stars. Jay, Jalen, Chad, all do wonders with children and development of batting. They really know how to enhance the love of the game your young player already has. I’ve seen drastic improvements and my 2 sons pushing harder and harder to step up to the next level in the almost year and a half we have been attending. If the boys don’t attend hitting they get bummed out because they truly love seeing this crew help them become the ball players they want to be.

Jay is my sons favorite coach. And he is by far my favorite coach my son has had. Jay is a dedicated coach who makes every effort to work on helping a player improve. He is also a genuinely kind person who encourages players to do their best and cares about how players do. We have been taking our son with him for over a year now and don’t plan on stopping.
