Coach Jay is the greatest! Does so well with the kids and backs up his coaching with results! Kid is hitting so much better understanding the concepts and growing as a player but also as a young man learning soft skills while learning how to hit the ball! Can’t beat the system. It works and it’s for us!

My 10 year old son has had two lessons with Coach Jay. Coach Jay explains what he wants my son to work on clearly and ensures that he understands what to work on. The training is fun for my son and yet still serious. I am very impressed with SD Cap Hitting so far and plan to keep coming back.

My 12yo son has had one lesson and Coach Jay had a significant impact. Coach explained technique and mechanics to my son that was at his level and easily understood. He gave my some three drills he could do on his own and my says the drills help him. Looking forward to his next lesson.
